I wish that I have never bought my blackberry mobile phone; I was in need of a new phone, so I decided to go for the popular blackberry curve. When I first got the phone it was very exciting, I had a lot of people to communicate with and it had everything I wanted to do on the computer on the move. I had an application on my phone called blackberry messenger where you could communicate to other people with the same model phone whenever you wanted to. A couple days into having my phone I realised that the battery life was rubbish and it didn’t last a whole day, I had to charge my phone twice a day which is unacceptable. I’ve now had my phone for three months now and its broken twice, the first time it overheated and the second time the trackball stopped working, on the other hand the phone size was good, it could fit into practically any pocket. The cost of the phone was around £150 and was one of the cheapest models of the blackberry range. The phone would usually freeze up whist your on it resulting in some of the functions and applications not working properly.
I think that this phone was such a disappointment because the aesthetic properties of the phone where so good, but it was let down by all the faults within the phone.
